Scope​

Free tier: offline-first, local notifications, core chore/token economy. Paid tier: cloud sync, push notifications, premium features (TBD — photos, clinical framework, OS widgets). Paywall surfaces a contextual upgrade prompt when a gated feature is tapped. Billing lives in Admin and is owner-only. See Admin.

Open questions​

  • Exact feature split between free and paid — needs product decision before paywall can be built.
  • Family plan pricing model — flat monthly, per-household, or per-member?
  • Is there a free trial period, and how long?
  • Which payment processor — RevenueCat (in-app purchase abstraction) or Stripe direct?
