Today (chore surface)

Scope​

Today is the primary action surface. It shows each member's assigned chores for today, in-progress routines, and pending approval items. The offline-first SP3 work is partly built here. Completion flow: mark done → optional photo → submitted for approval (or auto-approved if no gate).

Open questions​

  • What is the sort/priority order for today's chore list — due time, routine order, manual drag?
  • How are overdue chores from prior days surfaced — rolled over, highlighted, or archived?
  • Does Today show the current token balance and a quick "how close to my goal" indicator?
  • What does an empty Today look like — celebratory state or blank?

Celebration beat (BUILT — Wave-1 A1)​
