TV & desktop lean-back

Scope​

A lean-back display mode showing the household's day at a glance: who has chores pending, goal progress bars, recent completions, and token balances. Designed for a TV or kitchen display that stays on. Navigation is remote-friendly or pointer-based. Tightly related to the Dashboards surface.

Open questions​

  • Is this a separate app/entry point or the existing app in a "kiosk" layout mode?
  • What is the input model — TV remote D-pad, touch, pointer, or all three?
  • Should it auto-cycle through member summaries, or show a fixed household overview?
  • Does it require a dedicated Flutter layout target or adaptive layout from the phone build?
