AC: empty
A fresh household with a child but no chores shows ONE guided card pointing at "Add a chore" (+ optional room); tapping it routes to the chore editor.

Expect:
  • the single guided setup card replaces the three sections
  • exactly one empty state, not three
  • with a child present the next step is the chore step
  • the primary CTA is "Add a chore"
  • "Add a room" is offered as the optional secondary step
  • the per-section empty states are gone (collapsed)

tap "Add a chore" → routes to the chore editor​
