As an admin, I can create, edit and delete the household's houses (each with a name + optional address) from the Admin hub.
AC:
non_admin_does_not_see_houses_entry
A member without manage-roles never sees the More-tab Admin entry, so the hub (and its Houses & rooms row) is out of reach.
open the More tab as a non-admin — no Admin entry
