As a signed-in member I see the Profile tab with my login-account identity at the top.

AC: household_header_shown

Opening the Profile tab shows the login-account identity header and the settings tiles below it.

the Profile tab is shown
the login-account identity header renders the fallback label when no member is resolved
settings tiles are rendered below the identity header
